If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address before the order has shipped. Lifestyle Archives is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lifestylearchivess.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we’ll either replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
